Street Bob Accessories: All you need to have
How many times, when buying a new motorcycle, we have found ourselves saying “this time I am going to keep it stock” and actually ended up changing most of the original parts? The answer is: countless! Everyone likes to make his bike unique and Harley Davidson world is full of custom parts that allow you to completely change the look of your bike. This is something we are going to see another day. Today it is about the simple stuff, about those little things that will make you appreciate your Harley a bit more. Street Bob Accessories: what to choose
Let’s start with the engine. The new M8, like all other Harley Davidson engines, can be completely modified in order to deliver some serious power. A Stage IV Kit would turn your Street Bob into a beast. Since the price tag on that is 2700$, I decided to simply pretend it does not exist. Remember, though: it is going to be compatible with all the goodies I am going to suggest.
Harley Davidson Street Bob stock pipes really aren’t that great. I like loud pipes, so I rapidly decided that the stock ones had to go. I decided to get Vance & Hines Short Shots staggered black. A classic! Clean compact lines with an aggressive hot-rod sound and sleek one-piece, full-coverage heat shields. Shortshots Staggered are hands down the best value you can find in an exhaust system.
Those new Vance&Hines pipes certainly work better with an air filter that guarantees better performances than the original one. This time I could not resist to the look of S&S Filter Gloss Black Mini Teardrop Stealth Air Cleaner Kit for 2017-’19 HD® M8 Models. Well… black to match the engine, cool vintage look and better performance. What more could I ask for? If you have been reading this blog for a while now, you know I am a huge fan of Power Vision. I mean, what this little thing allows me to do with my bike simply amazes me. Let’s go over all the perks pushed me to place it into my list of street bob accessories:

Now that power has been taken care of, let’s move into other kinds of pleasure! Riding a motorcycle is all about freedom and all the feelings you experience. Well, feelings are kind of meaningless if you do not share them, right? While I can appreciate the solo style of the Street Bob, I also want to be able to take my lady out to dinner or for a nice roll through the hills, and that requires getting passenger foot pegs and a passenger seat.
Backpacks are all well and good but, when it comes to long daily rides, they can be a bit of a pain. I usually use them to go to work, I have my laptop in it but that’s it. Saddlebags can add to the already great look of a motorcycle, that is why I place two choices into my list of Street Bob accessories. While for long rides and road trips a spacious Country Rapid would be a great solution, for short Bob Specialslick look will make your Street Bob stand out!
