Ends Cuoio products
All Ends Cuoio products are the outcome of an elaborate crafting process. Buffered leather, Distressed leather, Two Tone, Distressed Two Tone, Two Tone Dark, Distressed Two Tone Dark, Desert Tan, Bicolor and Desert Tan products in particular, undergo a complex coloring procedure that makes each and every one of them even more unique.
For this reason, differences in tonality between the pictures and the actual pieces do not make an item eligible for refund and/or return. Our products are handcrafted using the best Italian vegetable-tanned leather that is a very unique product: every sheet of leather is different from another so, wrinkles, scars, and texture change every time. For this reason, scars, wrinkles and difference in texture, do not make an item eligible for return/refund.
The use of glue has the only purpose of aiding the sewing process. Therefore, a product structural integrity is in no way related to any glue discharge.
Every return and/or refund request placed because of the glue will not be accepted.
All our products are handcrafted, therefore, marks left by tools (eg. along the stitchings) do not make an item eligible for return/refund.
Every item descriptions includes detailed measurements, therefore any installation issues due to size and/or motorcycles modifications do not fall into this policy.
Ends Cuoio is not to be held responsible for delays due to courier and customs reasons. Therefore, cancellation/refund/return request because of delivery delays will not be accepted.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours after placing them by sending an email to support@endscuoio.com
Any cancellation request placed outside the 48 hours time frame will not be accepted. Once the cancellation is accepted, the buyer can request a coupon code equal to the total value of the cancelled order.
Not accepting the coupon code will lead to a refund of an amount equal to the order total value minus payment method fees (4% for PayPal or credit card payments).
Return policy on defective products
Return and refund can be request for defective products.
A customer can request to return a product during the first 14 days after receiving it with exception for Outlet products.
When a customer returns an item, if the product is not personalized and/or manipulated, he will receive a refund (Shipment excluded and custom fees excluded).
The refund will be processed in a 14 days time frame starting from the day we receive the item back.

The item needs to be returned within 14 days after placing the Return request; please remember that return shipping costs will not be refunded and that custom fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We may also deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in property value resulting from handling of property other than the necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product itself.
Please pack the product properly, using the box in which it was received would be the best way to return it. Remember that any damage will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return policy on not faulty products
A customer can request to return a product within 14 days after receiving it.
Please notice that:
- Outlet products cannot be returned
- Installed/Used products cannot be returned (any kind of installation/use makes a product not eligible for return)
- Return policy does not apply to personalized products (e.g designs, phrases, changes in dimensions and/or structure, use of a leather kind or of a leather color that is not used for that specific item etc)
- All items equipped with locks will be refunded by 50%
- All items equipped with quick buckles will be refunded not considering the buckles value
all other products will be refunded for an amount equal to the Total order value minus payment method fees (4% for PayPal or credit card payments), shipping costs, and custom fees. (please notice that this does not apply to cases: 1,2,3,4,5).
Products included in case 4 will be refunded for an amount equal to the Total order value minus 50% of the product value, minus payment method fees (4% for PayPal or credit card payments), minus shipping costs, and minus custom fees.
Products included in case 5 will be refunded for an amount equal to the Total order value minus the value of quick buckles, minus payment method fees (4% for PayPal or credit card payments), minus shipping costs, and minus custom fees.
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the item back.
