All our products are handcrafted by highly skilled artisans in our workshop located in Colleferro, near Rome.
We use only 100% Made in Italy vegetable-tanned leather, personally selected from the finest Tuscan tanneries.
Vegetable tanning, in addition to being eco-friendly (the process uses natural tannins extracted from trees), also gives leather exceptional versatility and allows it to age beautifully and naturally over the years.
The Perfect Blend of Durability and Craftsmanship
Our leather is 4 millimeters thick, reaching up to 5 millimeters on larger bags.
This feature ensures exceptional durability for our products. We never compromise on raw materials—while using thinner leather might increase profit margins, our philosophy is to create leather bags that stand the test of time, not ones that wear out quickly.
Durability is not solely dependent on the quality of leather but also on several other factors. We use 1-millimeter thick sewing thread, and depending on the leather saddlebag model, each product is reinforced with polyethylene, aluminum, or iron plates to ensure optimal support under any loading condition.
Ends Cuoio saddlebags are designed for year-round use, which is why we have incorporated two leather tabs to prevent water from entering the bag.
All exposed metal parts on our bags (buckles, rivets, etc.) are made of nickel-plated brass. This material is highly resistant to oxidation, ensuring long-lasting durability.
All our saddlebags for Harley-Davidson®, Indian®, Triumph®, BMW® and Royal Enfield® can be customized in various colors and personalized with unique designs or phrases.
For most large saddlebags, two different flap options are available: a short flap and a long one.
