Terms and Conditions
This general selling conditions regulate every transaction between EndsCuoio and its customers.
Before every transaction the customer declares to have read the “Terms and Conditions” form and accepts all its clauses by checking the acceptance box.
General selling conditions
At the very moment in which a customer places his order, he also declares to be conscious of all the “General Selling Conditions” written on the screen.
Orders
The customer places his order by clicking on the ” cart ” button. An order summary is then visualized on the screen, and the customer accept it by clicking on “Terms and Conditions” acceptance box. www.endscuoio.com automatic registration systems are considered valuable as witness of an order nature, content and date.
Order confirmation
Ends Cuoio confirms that an order has been accepted sending an e-mail to the customer.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours after placing them by sending an email to [email protected]
Any cancellation request placed outside the 48 hours time frame will not be accepted. Once the cancellation is accepted, the buyer can request a coupon code equal to the total value of the cancelled order.
Not accepting the coupon code will lead to a refund of an amount equal to the order total value minus payment method fees (4% for paypal or credit card payments).
Once the 48 hours are passed, a customer can ask for a maximum refund of 50% of the value of the order.
Logistics
Ends Cuoio uses SDA (for national shipments), Fedex, DHL and EMS (for international shipments) to ship its good to its clients in Italy and all over the World.
Delivery terms
From them moment it is placed, an order, can be shipped in a window of 10-15 business days (available items included).
Deliveries are guaranteed in 20 days, after the order shipping date.
All non-European customers – United States and Canada residents excluded – will be charged with custom fees and duties depending on their country of residency rules and regulations.
In non-European countries, if the recipient refuses to accept the package for any reason, the shipment will be abandoned to the customs authorities and it will no longer be possible to receive the package and no refund will be issued.
Custom duties and fees are kindly offered by Ends Cuoio to all USA and Canada residents.
Products
All Ends Cuoio products are the outcome of an elaborate crafting process. All Two Tone and Desert Tan products in particular, undergo a complex coloring procedure that makes each and every one of them even more unique. For this reason, differences tonality between the pictures and the actual pieces do not make an item eligible for return.
Our products are handcrafted using the best Italian vegetable-tanned leather that is a very unique product: every sheet of leather is different from another so, wrinkles, scars, and texture change every time. For this reason, scars, wrinkles and difference in texture, do not make an item eligible for return.
Scalapay
If you buy with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.
The payment service in 3 installments with Scalapay is active exclusively for the following countries: Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Finland.
